As most of you know, my brother finally decided it was time to get MARRIED. Yes, I said married!!! I was very excited for Karla and Gary. I have added a lot of pictures due to many family member looking at the blog. I hope the rest of you enjoy them as I do.

Our whole family had not all been together for several years so we crammed a lot of memories into just a few wonderful days. Yes, that meant lots of pictures!
We had an amazing dinner on the patio at Sadies (Mexican food, of course). Although, it was a little chilly we had a wonderful time.

2008 Grand Lake Fishing

Well, I think the Williams' boys are starting a tradition. They ventured down to Grand Lake to catch Spoon Bill. I stay away as it is a great bonding time for the guys. This year they did not have the perfect weather as last year. They had to make a trip to Wal-Mart for some clothing to keep them warm and dry!

Shawn coached Seth's bitty basketball team and they have a GREAT year. They were undefeated yet again!!! That makes two years they didn't lose a game.

Kirk's 15!!!

Well, 15 years ago on January 19 we were blessed with a wonderful little boy. He was a wonderful baby and only lived in his first house 10 days and then we moved into our new house in the country. He had his own room decorated in a Noah's Ark Theme.
Okay okay....so much for looking back...
We had just a family celebration a week early because Alyssa had come home for a visit. He requested Shish-k-bobs and Rum Cake.

Christmas 2007

Seth likes to wake everyone up around 8 or so on Christmas morning. After getting something in the oven to bake, the kids put on their Santa hats and look in their stockings for their goodies. Then they get to open their gifts. After they have looked over each the gifts we enjoy breakfast and family time until it is time to go over to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner. (Shawn does have to work a few hours before dinner.)

Seeing Purple!!!

Thanks to Jessica's mom we were able to get K-State football tickets. The four of us traveled up to Manhattan to see the game. Alyssa was working at the game so afterwards we got to have dinner with her.

Cross Country 2007

Kirk decided to run run Cross Country his freshman year. He placed second in the meet at CHS. YEA!! He did really well at his other meets too.

Kirk is starting his freshman year at Chaparral High School . I can't believe he is a freshman. Where has the time gone???

Summer "2007" Baseball

Shawn was an assistant coach for Seth's baseball team. The Drillers were in the losing bracket and ended up with second place in this tournament. They had to play 4 games in one day in the Kansas heat to get 2nd!!!

Shawn coached Seth's basketball team last summer. We had a good time traveling to 5 tournaments over the summer. (yes, this was 2007)

Manhattan after BAK

Alyssa and Annaliese. Aren't cousins grand!!!! Alyssa stayed in Manhattan this summer to work. We met don there a day early due to Annaliese not feeling well. Alyssa took Don, Annaliese, Grandma B and I on a tour around campus. We spent the night at Hampton Inn . The next morning Don and Annaliese headed back to Kentucky. Mom and I headed back to Harper stopping off in Wichita to eat lunch with Melinda. Fun times!!

Happy "UN" Birthday Annaliese

Annaliese wanted to have her birthday at our house. She doesn't like cake so we had to be a little inventive. We made a donut cake. We let her pick out what she wanted for dinner too.

We only got to go swimming a couple of times due to rainy weather. She did get to go play with Abbey and Natalie one day and see some horses. We also saw a movie and got to see Seth play basketball.
